Can I order less than the minimum quantity?

Unfortunately, no. The minimum order quantity is the smallest amount we can order from the manufacturer of that product.

Do you do single, one-off items?

Certain products can be done as a single item however most items have a minimum order quantity. You can often see this on our website where pricing is indicated from 1 or 10 or 50 depending on the product in question. This will act as a guide to help you understand if the product is one that can be done as a single one-off item.

I want to place a clothing order with a minimum order quantity, can this minimum be for the total number of pieces and not per size, style or colour?

Generally, a minimum order relates to the total number of garments, not each colour or each size. Keep in mind though that if your design is to be used across multiple colours it may need to be varied to give best effect. For example, a black design on a white shirt works well but the same black design may not work on a black or dark shirt.

Can I order different quantities from those in the price table on the website?

As long as the quantity meets the minimum order quantity requirement, you do not have to order in the increments listed on the website, except where noted.

The company that previously provided our product has closed down, can you make matching items?

Generally, this is no problem. If at all possible providing an example of the product you want reproduced will assist us to ensure the ones we provide are identical or very close thereto. Naturally we need to ensure that what we are producing for you is not in breach of any requirements your previous provider may not have been aware of, such as copyright etc.

What if I can't find a product online that I am looking for?

While BrandPro is a web-based business, we do have access to many more products beyond those represented on our site. If you do not find a promotional item listed on our web site or would like to create your own, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I submit my artwork?

You can submit the artwork via email or on disk to our office. Our contact details are listed in "Contact Us"

What file formats do you accept?

We accept artwork in pretty much any format, although our designers prefere vector files where available. Check out our Artwork Guide for detailed information.

What is the return policy?

We will exchange or refund faulty or damaged goods with in reasonable time (7 days) from the customer accepting delivery. Custom made/branded goods cannot be returned due to change of mind.

What is the cancellation policy?

Once an order has been approved and is in production it cannot be cancelled and the customer will be charged the quoted cost of the order.

How safe is my personal information?

Brand Pro uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. For more information please consult our Privacy Policy

What do you do with customer's credit card information?

Brand Pro uses BrainTree to handle online credit card payment, which means that we don't store your credit card details. As soon as your transaction is approved the information is cleared from our system.

How long is a quote valid for?

A quote is valid for 30 days after it has been given.
